boasts of an internal 30GB hard drive
that enables you to shoot non-stop for
over 10 hours.Traditionally, hard drives are
susceptible to damage, but the sony camcorder
is equipped with the 'HDD Smart Protection' feature that protects the drive from shocks and sudden, jarring movements. The HDD is also built into a floating design to effectively act as a shock-absorber. In fact, the camera even comes with a sensor taht shuts off power to drive in case the Handycam is dropped.Amongst its myraid features, the DCR-SR100 sports a high-resolution 3.3-megapixel CCD, a 2.7 -inch LCD with a touch panel, and is capable of 12x optical and a 120x Digital zoom.The device comes complete with 'Imagemixer'(editing and DVD-Burning)software with which you can view,create,edit and archive your movies or pictures, allwith the use of a USB connection and a one-touch button.
